Served as Co-Chair on Elbert County Schools SACS Study 1992.
Served on various state committees for Georgia Association of Pupil Transportation GAPT.
Served on various region and state athletic committees during tenure as principal.
Coached high school baseball, girls and boys basketball, and football.
Maintain a CDL for transporting students.

Professional Honors and Activities:
2007 – Won 200th game as a varsity baseball coach.
2006 – Region 4AA GISA Baseball Coach of the Year
2004 – Region 4AA GISA Baseball Coach of the Year
