Aug 20 (Sat) 6:00 pm	Young American Christian	Home	The Hawks won 34-6.
Aug 25 (Thu) 5:00 pm	Flint River	Away	The Hawks continued their winning streak, defeating Flint River 38-0. The Hawks gave up ZERO first downs.
Aug 30 (Tue) 5:00 pm	Community Christian	Away	The Lower School Hawks won 16-6 over Community Christian School in Stockbridge. B. Burns scored on a 70-yard punt return and a 50-yard reverse run and W. Arnall ran in both 2-point conversions. Arnall also intercepted a pass on the final series to seal the win. G. Evans led the team in tackles and also had a great night blocking on offense.
Sept 8 (Thu) 4:30 pm	Faith Academy	Away	The Lower School team battled to defeat Faith Academy 28-22 in overtime, getting three touchdowns from B. Burns, including the game-winning score on fourth down in overtime. Read more in the Times-Herald.
Sept 22 (Thu) 5:00 pm	Community Christian	Home	Rained out.
Sept 29 (Thu) 5:00 pm	Flint River	Home	The Lower School Hawks dominated Flint River in a 36-0 victory behind three touchdowns from G. Pendergrast. Pendergrast helped get Heritage on the scoreboard immediately with a 35-yard touchdown run for a 6-0 lead. Quarterback W. Arnall added a 1-yard sneak to make it 12-0, before Pendergrast added scoring jaunts of 50 and 35 yards before halftime to take a 24-0 lead into the break. P. Griffies' 75-yard run off a reverse play started the second half off just as strong, with the touchdown upping the Heritage lead to 30-0. The Hawks' final touchdown was set up by J. Martin's sack that jarred the ball loose for a recovery by teammate W. Johnston. It led to third-grader A. Rich's 35-yard touchdown off right end. H. Arnall's long pass to C. Minor late in the game kept the ball out of Flint River's hands. The Heritage defense, which was led by Pendergrast, held the Wildcats to two first downs.
Oct 6 (Thu) 5:00	Lafayette Christian	Away	The Lower School Heritage football team finished the season undefeated with a 7-0 record. The Hawks defeated the warriors of Lafayette Christian from Lagrange 42-28. B. Burns led the Hawks with two touchdowns, one on a kick-off return and one on a reverse. He also had an interception on the day and added a pass to P. Griffies for another Hawk touchdown. Quarterback W. Arnall opened the game with a bootleg play for a touchdown and G. Pendergrast and C. Minor added touchdowns as well. Heritage converted on three two-point plays. T. Markel and S. Martin ran in for their conversions and H. Arnall caught a pass from W. Arnall.
