Groovin' in the Grove is a casual, adults only fundraising party and dinner, and a great opportunity to socialize with members of the Heritage Community.
In order to open the bidding process to everyone, including out-of-town relatives, friends, and those who cannot attend the event, we are offering our auction items - the wonderful class packages - in an online bidding format. We will still host the crowd favorite—the live raffle—the night of the event, featuring a 50/50 cash giveaway and a full tuition raffle.
The auction will open for online bidding on March 26, and will remain open through April 26. Winning bids will be posted on the auction site, and packages will be available for pick-up at school the week leading up to Groovin’ in the Grove. To add to the excitement, we will feature a contest among the classes. The class whose package brings in the most money will earn a party!
The room parents will coordinate the development of class auction package(s). Parents,your child’s room parent will be contacting you seeking package ideas and items you may be able to contribute. Please keep in mind that all donations are tax-deductible; gifts-in-kind are calculated at full, market value.
